Your role:


Temporary position - 12 months

Reporting to the Director, Market Research, the incumbent is responsible for the analysis, interpretation, projection and reporting of macroeconomic, real estate market and real estate debt data and will work closely with the Real Estate Lending team on economic and real estate analysis and special projects.


Your responsibilities:


  • Contribute to various internal special projects, including the implementation of tools (dashboard and database) for the monitoring and analysis of real estate and macroeconomic data;
  • Actively contribute to market analyses to guide the Real Estate Lending and Strategy and Risk Management teams in their decision making. This may involve gathering information and data, analyzing this data, drafting a presentation document and sharing information;
  • Participate in the production of quarterly corporate analyses for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Your profile:


  • Master's degree in economics, finance or strategy;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written;
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills;
  • Knowledge of econometric modeling software an asset;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Excellent organizational skills and initiative with a strong sense of priority;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
