Position:
Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk
Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 1 half hour unpaid lunch)
Salary:
$37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Duties will include the following:
- Duties include all aspects of Accounts Payable including AP invoice entries, preparing payments, removing paid invoices from AP aging, and processing receivings.
- Data Entry
- Back up to Accounts Receivables Clerk
- Additional responsibilities may be included as well when needed
Requirements:
Must be proficient in data entry
Must be a quick learner
Must be detail orientated
Must have good command of the English language
Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing AP duties
Must be a team player
Must be able to work independently
Asset:
Experience using Pointforce/Enterprise by Tecys
Salary:
$37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
