Description
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems effectively.
Collaborate closely with the customer representative team and other internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.
Contribute to improving customer service procedures by identifying and suggesting potential areas for enhancement.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information and cross-sell or upsell when appropriate.
Continuously strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical terminology.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
A diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset but not mandatory.
Salary:
$15.50-$25.71 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Ottawa, ON K2C 3S4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
