Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts.

Duties:

Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with followers
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies
Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and trends
Optimize social media posts for search engine optimization (SEO)
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media

Experience:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager
Proven work with Shopify and Online sales
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Experience in beauty Industry is a plus
