The Innovation and Development Division (IDD) drives the innovation strategy for the Hubs and Operations, and contributes to the Group's transformation.

It is responsible for imagining, developing and incubating new solutions until they are brought to market, particularly when it comes to offers with a high technological content (including digital and IT).

IDD gathers more than 3,000 employees from 70 nationalities at 60 sites.


How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

Alizent, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, has more than 250 employees based in Paris, Madrid, Leeds, Montreal, Houston, Singapour, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.

Its end-to-end approach includes the design, hosting,implementation and maintenance of Industrial IT solutions to improve the performance of their customers through 3 main axes : Monitoring & Control ; Availability & Reliability and Optimization relying on 2 main expertises : IoT and Data analytics.

The continuous improvement manager will thrive in understanding how things work - that means mapping out business processes, understanding and mitigating business risks and ensuring we have the right controls in place - and then making them better.

As a C-IMP manager you will be an enabler of business process improvement across the company.

You will collaborate with colleagues from every team to identify wastes and root causes for the issues, designing solutions and supporting their deployment.


Missions/Contributions:


  • Support quality audits both internal and external (ISO 9001 certification), locally and globally.**
  • Enable the deployment of the Risk Management Process and control of the mitigation actions from this year's review.

- Alignment of local business processes (US, CA, Latin America) to the global target cartography.

- Enable process improvement by liaising with the network of BPOs and working on the priorities defined at global level.

- Organisation of C-IMP workshops with BPOs, local relays and key users:


  • Identification of wastes in the process.

Identification of the root cause.
-
Design of the solution.
-
Implementation support.
-
Monitoring support.
-
Benefit measurement.

- Capture of improvement actions, either reactively or proactively, control of the development and implementation. Benefit monitoring.

- Work with BPOs to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.

- Assist in promoting the implementation of the solutions and best practices.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization's business lines and products.

-Support the maintenance and update of the process documentation.

- Communicate on success stories and benefits of the continuous improvement projects and actions.

- Act as an ambassador in America of the C-IMP mindset.

- Coach and train others on continuous improvement best practices.

- Local relay of the Information Protection Coordinator (IPC) for Cyber Security awareness and for the Information Security Officer (ISO) for Critical Digital Asset (CDA) management.

- Contributor to internal tools development and alignment (MovIT, Service NOW).

- Support for implementation of data management initiatives (PowerBI based) in America.

Are you a MATCH?:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, process control required.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Administration or Operations Management, an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a process manager or similar functions.
  • Experiences in IT (sensitive to digital and IT culture, software development, telecommunications, databases, network and security).
  • Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English).
  • Integration, ability to reach consensus between different faraway positions. Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Helpful mindset, happy to go the extra mile to support a colleague.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to understand, simplify complex topics and explain them at different levels.
  • Highly adept at analyzing and presenting information, aimed at a variety of audiences.
  • Resourceful problemsolving attitude and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency working with Google Suites.
  • Expertise in proven methodologies in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Change Management and Risk Management, an asset.
