Our client is a trusted leader in envelope renewal for commercial and residential projects. They are experts in the investigation, analysis, and repair of building envelopes for all material types and vintages.

Our client's extensive building renewal services include Building Envelope Renewal, Exterior and Interior Painting, Roof Renewal and Replacement, Tenant Improvement, Waterproofing, Exterior and Industrial Cleaning, Environmental Abatement, and Concrete Restoration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finish work
  • Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure that work is completed accurately
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices on the job site
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks within budget

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
  • Experience in envelope renewal and building renewal projects is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
