Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the landscape construction team

Coordinate and schedule crew members and equipment for projects

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction

Review and interpret plans and blueprints for landscape construction projects

Oversee the installation of a variety of landscape materials, including plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscaping elements such as pavers, bricks, and stones

Use power tools and hand tools to cut and shape materials as needed

Operate equipment (skid steer, excavators, and various medium size equipment)

Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on projects

Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and guidelines


Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field

Proven experience as a construction supervisor or supervisor

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
