We are seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide specialized nursing care under supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric or long-term care and be committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care as needed

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following skills:

• A current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)


• A valid CPR certification


• Prior experience working with older adults or individuals with complex health needs
