POSITION OVERVIEW

Key Accountabilities

• Organizing and maintaining stock in a warehouse environment.
• Keeping a precise inventory of stock by tracking everything moving inbound and outbound to and from the company.
• Preparing orders by processing requests, implementing addresses, pulling and packing boxes.
• Operating a Shopify program for client order requests.
• Completing reports by entering required information.
• Team skills in working cohesively with multiple branches of the company.
• Having a knowledge of basic tools and machinery for various projects.
• Running and maintaining a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Supervision and managing of warehouse labor when applicable.
• Having the physical ability to lift 50lbs and be able to help with a wide array of tasks when needed.
• Using personal vehicle and driver's license when required.
• Keeping a safe and clean work environment with daily upkeep.

Qualifications and Qualities

• Ability to lift up to 20+ kg
• Excellent English written and oral skills required
• Computer literacy required - intermediate to advanced ability working with information systems such as: Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, productive and efficient.
• High-level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, results

- orientation and meets, if not beats, requested deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, proactive, ability to adapt well to change and takes the initiative.
• High level of professionalism, with an ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
• A team-player with the ability to work well within a small team, with 100% dedication.
• Proven ability to exercise tact, discretion, and good judgment when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.

Experience
Warehouse: 2 years (required)

• BC Forklift Certification

Working Conditions
The Warehouse Associate works at the warehouse in Surrey. The position requires physical labour such as lifting and bending, and requires periods of sitting, standing and walking. Some activities may require climbing ladders.


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
