MNP Digital is searching for a Client Development Representative, supporting our business in Sothern Alberta and to develop our cloud and managed service business with existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and influencers through taking a credible, valuecentric approach to all meetings and client interactions
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to our client's business operations
  • Understand our products and service offerings in detail and help clients understand the value they can deliver to their business
  • Create a strategic relationship with key stakeholders and influencers within prospective client organizations, both within IT and business
  • Deliver presentations, thought leadership and webinars, to existing and prospective MNP clients, Partners and team members
  • Manage and maintain client and opportunity data in MNP's Dynamics CRM and other related sales enablement and Marketing programs
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators that will help drive client growth
  • Work with leads generated from our marketing and sales enablement organization while also prospecting for your own leads and clients
  • Partner with Practice and Sales Leaders to evolve and maintain sales forecasting metrics and data

Skills and Experience

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, client, or business development
  • Experience with prospecting, lead generation and lead process, particularly in partnership with sales enablement and marketing and leveraging modern CRM, MarTech tools and process
  • Experience in selling Cloud and/or Managed Services is an asset.
  • Experience with complex sales in the technology industry; particularly in a professional services organization
  • Experience with remote selling, video conferencing, webinars, presentations, and other similar client development activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and its use with Dynamics is an asset
  • A teamoriented mindset to success understanding how your individual contributions are foundational to the team's success
  • A results and successoriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and opportunities to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships, credibility, and trust with people across all clients and all levels of MNP's professional services organization
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
