Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to support our Investment Advisor in Vancouver.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the Investment Advisor and team.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of business correspondence, presentations, reports and spreadsheets;
  • Execute on administrative tasks related to account opening documentation, KYC updates, registered account contributions etc;
  • Assist with maintaining various databases, records and other documents;
  • Upholding client confidentiality in the highest regard;
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Dataphile and/or other client documentation is preferred;
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Task management and Salesforce management experience is critical;
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to keep track of documentation status and workflow;
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure;
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
