- Setting expectations and empowering the team to exceed KPIs through coaching sessions focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
- Mentoring team members to aid in sales growth, skill development, and conducting 1:1s.
- Managing resource allocation, workflow, order processing, data collection, billing, reporting, and customer service policies.
- Collaborating with National and Regional Key Accounts Sales teams.
- Enhancing operational performance through feedback, building standard practices, and developing processes.
- Creating scalable strategies to improve customer service.
- Full bilingual proficiency (French/English) in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in hiring, coaching, training, and leadership.
