Auto Insurance Customer Service RepresentativeJoin Our Growing Team
We are currently seeking individuals with Level 1 general insurance license to join our team. This is a full-time position.
Valley-Wide Insurance Services is a rapidly growing general insurance brokerage with two locations in Abbotsford. We provide all lines of insurance products to individual and corporate clients in BC. Our team is customer-focused and dedicated to being the leader in customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- General reception to telephone and clients in office
- ICBC transactions of all kinds (renewals, policy changes, new plates, fleet transactions)
- ICBC Autoplan batching, maintaining inventory and ICBC ordering.
- Processing of private auto, ORVs, boats, recreational vehicle transactions.
- Travel Medical transactions
- Input and maintain client database and client files
- Track new business process to completion
- Analyzing renewals, negotiating with insurance companies and remarket existing insurance policies where necessary
- Resolve client questions/problems (or refer to producer if appropriate)
- Process client change requests (address, banking changes)
- Prepare client mailings, reports and other client contact

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
