This role provides general support to internal legal counsel, as well as the operations and commercial teams of the Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Company (WFEFC).In This Role, You Will
- Support your Line of Business by being responsible for drafting non standard provisions required for flow deals
- Provide support on Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) questions and matters that differ from the normal operations of your Line of Business
