In your role, you will
o Adheres to General Work Requirements
o Assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
o Assists with drafting the necessary working and repair documents
o Learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
o Assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity
o Assists with analyzing requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
o Assists Methods Planners with tool designs
o Directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)Adhere to General Work Requirement
As our ideal candidate
o At 3 years experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
o Basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
o Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
o Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
o Manufacturing planning experience
o Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
