- Work closely and report to Operations Manager
- Timely maintenance, repair, and diagnostic of machinery and vehicles, adhering to safety regulations and policies
- Document maintenance activities meticulously
- Conduct welding and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment as needed
- Teamwork and adaptability to help the team meet its goals
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment used in the workshop. Ensure that tools are in good working condition
- Expertise in small engine repair and problem-solving
- Knowledge of tractors and loaders a plus
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Landscaping and snow removal experience required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends, as needed
