Responsibilities:


  • Organize logistics and develop integrated marketing campaigns to support both online and inperson marketing activations including but not limited to webinars, user group meetings and conferences
  • Own and manage social media program including tactical and daytoday: content ideation, management of social media calendar publishing, social listening and monitoring, analytics and reporting.
  • Develop lead nurturing campaigns and tactical workflows and audience segmentation on a regular basis using our marketing CRM
  • Manage the brand's owned digital media properties as well as presence on offsite destinations with media partners
  • Content development liaise with agencies to manage content marketing initiatives including video, graphic, website development and copywriting deliverables.
  • Assist sales team with outbound regional demand generation programs
  • Assist sales and marketing with market research initiatives including whitespace analysis and competitor research.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience years experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of English: spoken written; advanced spoken French
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong copywriter/editor with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing CRMs such as Hubspot
  • Experience working with webinar platforms
  • Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce
  • Adept at working with analytics tools for performancetracking reporting
  • Moderate knowledge of Search Engine Marketing
  • Intermediate experience managing social media programs
  • Intermediate experience managing events
  • Moderate layout and design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Experience with market research engines such as ZoomInfo, GovSpend, etc.
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint
