Your Role and Responsibilities

_Responsibilities:
_

Ensure paint line process is kept within process parameters
Daily handling of paint line chemicals, including lab testing
Maintain filter beds, change bag filters as appropriate, flush ultra filters as appropriate, schedule, coordinate, and perform tank dumps and perform initial tank charges/completing PM's inside tanks
Forklift operation and chemical transport/handling
Ensure correct part identification for entering recipes into paint line
5S responsibilities of assigned areas
Coordinate daily activity from Maintenance Manager
Assist with and monitor performance tables for paint line
Adherence to Health and Safety regulations (Knowledge, Educate, Lead)
Be available for PM duties beyond normal shift (weekends)
Be willing to work overtime
Monitor manufacturing 4.0 for each paint line
Ability to follow and complete PM's
All other assigned tasks as needed

_Key Requirements__:
_**- Grade 12 ,GED, or Equivalent

Excellent manual dexterity skills
03 years of experience in similar role or able to learn
Computer efficiency skills in all required areas
