- Assist in the design and development of new products or product improvements
- Conduct tests and experiments to gather data and analyze results
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of prototype parts and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to solve technical issues
- Document and communicate test procedures and results
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed
- Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology or related field
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools
- Experience with CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience in product development and testing is preferred
