Quadient Canada is looking for a Sales Manager.

This position is accountable for driving leads and personal selling while partnering with the field sales force (from both the direct and dealer channels), to achieve revenue targets for the assigned product lines of Intelligent Parcel Lockers and Mailroom Design.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the 'Sales Manager, Parcel Locker Solutions & Mailroom Design', is responsible for developing and leading a proactive sales effort to achieve sales and margin targets for the assigned product lines.

This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Driving and closing sales for Intelligent Parcel Locker Solutions as well as Mailroom Solutions, and attaining monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate SFDC reporting on all prospects, current customers, activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Participating in and supporting lead generation, trade shows, and marketing campaigns for the assigned product lines.
  • Supporting sales training programs and participating in sales events
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization.
  • Developing and enhancing strong collaborative relationships with both current and prospective D&A (Design & Architecture) partner companies across the country.
  • Assessing customers' business model requirements and providing solutions utilizing Business Impact Selling methodologies.
  • Developing close working partnership with all internal presales, implementation, and postsales teams, as well as external key manufacturing partners/suppliers.
  • Ensuring order processing, architectural construction, shipment schedules of equipment and installation are orderly and timely.
  • Resolving or guiding the resolution of conflicts as well as multidisciplinary procedural issues, and participating in client postinstallation deficiency reviews.

Required Skills:


  • Participating in sales conferences and dealer meetings.
  • Taking on special projects, as assigned.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel nationally and frequently, approximately 20% overnight travel (ground, air).
  • Analyzing market trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies for the assigned range of products
