Licensed Practical Nurse

This role provides comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents/clients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients.


• They must be able to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, clients, and other healthcare professionals.


• Strong communication skills are essential for this role as it requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills,
have a keen sense of observation,
analytical thinking
and have experience working in fast-paced environments.
The LPN will obtain relevant competencies offered by PMH. Additional duties may include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, participating in quality improvement activities.
