Requirements:


  • Lead QA automation initiatives/projects and streamline them so as to have a well-defined automation strategy for the program
  • Lead QA activities to ensure project deliverables meet/exceed established standards.
  • Proven track record for defining and implementing testing efficiencies.
  • Experience in creating, improving, or leading an end to end Automation project.
  • Open to learn new Automation frameworks and capable enough to implement with less dependency.
  • Experience in leading and working with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Good team player.
  • Team leading skills.
  • Ability to work independently, and flexibility to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-finding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead QA automation initiatives/projects and streamline them so as to have a well-defined automation strategy for the program

  • Experience in creating, improving, or leading an end to end Automation project.
  • Open to learn new Automation frameworks and capable enough to implement with less dependency.
  • Strong technical skills in Java,Python, Selenium.
  • As an onsite SPOC for the engagement, act as the communication bridge between the client and CG Project Manager.
  • Work with other Test Leads and offshore manager and drive the QE Transformation
