Job description
About the JobDrive foodservice channel growth across the territory by implementing sales programs, executing broker strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and identifying menu gaps and promotional opportunities.
Manage key distributor and restaurant chain accounts, overseeing pricing negotiations, contract extensions, new item placements, RFPs, forecasting, and cross-functional product commercialization.
Represent the organization at national trade shows and customer conferences, maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and revenue targets are achieved.
About You2+ years of foodservice experience with a strong track record of growing accounts and driving new business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage contracts, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Self-driven and comfortable in a remote, travel-based role with a strong focus on prospecting and relationship building.
Can commit to a 1-year mat-leave coverage contract
Salary Range:
$90,000-$105,000

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
Having said that Vaco by Highspring believes that the salary range referenced reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position.
