Job summary
We are hiring for part-time Member Experience Advisors at our Stony Plain Branch.This position may require covering Wabamun branch as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional member service that builds trust through responsive service and support to deliver what is right for every member.
- Processes cash and non-cash member service transactions including deposits withdrawals payments account updates balances money orders credit card advances calculations of foreign domestic exchanges cheque cashing electronic funds transfers account closures.
- Pursues generates sales referrals by proactively promoting Servus products services to members potential members analyzing their needs clearly explains potential solutions benefits records all referrals forwards appropriate internal personnel.
