Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Change Lead – Customer & Payroll to lead change strategy, planning,
and execution for enterprise transformation initiatives impacting customer-facing
and payroll functions.

This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of new processes,
systems, and ways of working by proactively managing stakeholder impacts,
readiness, and engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration,
  • MBA or Master's degree in change management or related field.
