As an Independent Contractor - House Cleaner, you'll be an integral part of our mission, ensuring each home is treated with care and expertise.

Position in the Organization:
As an Independent Contractor - House Cleaner, you are our frontline ambassador. Your independence is valued, but your feedback and experiences are crucial for our collective growth.


Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver topnotch cleaning services tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Showcase meticulous attention to details, ensuring no nook or cranny is overlooked.
• Address any client feedback with professionalism and a dash of Freshly Swept charm.
• Maintain open communication with the management team, ensuring we're always improving.
• Uphold our high standards and protocols for safety and quality.

Non-core Responsibilities:

• Identify and report any unusual or potential issues in clients' homes.
• Offer insights into potential product or equipment enhancements.
• Occasionally guide newer members of our cleaning family, ensuring they're up to Freshly Swept standards.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Plan and prep for your cleaning assignments.
• Navigate to clients' homes, equipped and ready to roll.
• Execute cleaning tasks efficiently, making sure each home feels refreshed.
• Engage with clients as needed, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
• Document tasks and relay any pertinent feedback to our central team.

Qualifications:


Hard Skills:

• Proficiency with a range of cleaning equipment and products.
• Knowledge of best practices for various home environments.
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities.
• Must possess personal cleaning equipment.
• Reliable transportation to reach our lovely clients.
• A clean police record check.
• Preparedness to have general liability insurance.
