Description

Preston Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac has an opening for a Full-Time Receptionist at our busy dealership in Langley, BC. This position is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

If you are outgoing, highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are customer service driven then this is the position for you

Be able to work well independently and in a group

Excellent organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Word & Excel

Excellent phone etiquette

PBS & dealership experience considered an asset

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting and directing clients

Answering and directing incoming calls

Assisting Sales Admin with tasks

Dealing with incoming and outgoing courier packages & mail

Filing

Data Entry
