At Truly Green Farms we are seeking General Farm Workers for the Greenhouse. Truly Green Farms is always looking for talented and reliable general labourers.This position The following job duties:
Crop Work (fruit pruning, scouting, wrapping, de-leafing, etc.), harvesting includes packing, annual clean-out, and planting.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking
- Fastpaced environment
- Repetitive tasks
- Handing heavy loads
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Tight deadlines
- Combination of kneeling, crouching, and bending
- Handeye coordination
Work Site Environment:
- Wet/damp
- Hot/humid
- Heights
Employment Conditions:
Flexible hours, 5-6 days per week
Hours: 40-45 per week
Wage:
$15.50/hour
