Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to resonate with our target audience.
  • Proficient in using tools like Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Sales Inquiries Handling:
  • Provide accurate product/service information, address customer concerns, and guide potential clients through the sales process.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations:
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients in a professional manner.
  • Present products/services to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in using graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license; having access to a car is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op


Salary:
$16.55-$25.00 per hour
