Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to resonate with our target audience.
- Proficient in using tools like Canva for graphic design and content creation.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Sales Inquiries Handling:
- Provide accurate product/service information, address customer concerns, and guide potential clients through the sales process.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Client Meetings and Presentations:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients in a professional manner.
- Present products/services to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Strong proficiency in using graphic design tools like Canva.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license; having access to a car is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Job Types:

Salary:
$16.55-$25.00 per hour
