We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Shift Manager / Foreman to lead and coordinate the daily operations of a fast-paced Service Department within a multi-location agricultural equipment dealership environment.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on service leader with strong technical knowledge, proven people leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes
- Minimum 5+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
- Journeyperson Certification as an Agricultural Equipment Technician (or equivalent)
