ABOUT THE JOB

Position
:
Breakfast Cook

Terms of Employment:
Full time


JOB DUTIES
- prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the standards set by the Head Chef in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff,
- ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,
- work with specialized cooking equipment,
- ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,
- follow recipes and presentation specifications,
- meet dietary requirements where required,
- clean and maintain station.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 1 year related experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff
  • Demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required
