Description
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes to order.Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for dishes according to recipes
- Cook dishes to order in a timely manner
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the kitchen manager when supplies are running low
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after each use
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fastpaced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
