Job summary
Hatchery Production Supervisor is accountable to manage the hatchery operations. This position coordinates with various departments within the Hatchery to ensure deliveries run efficiently and commitments to customers are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HACCP and Safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements for all union/non-union employees.
- Maintain overall broiler chick and turkey placements and co-ordinate's deliveries for a multi-species hatchery, including hatching egg transport.
