Job summary
We are looking for an Underwriting Associate to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have experience in lending institutions and be able to adapt quickly to new systems.As an Underwriting Associate at Bridgewater Bank you will be responsible for providing support to Mortgage Underwriters by ensuring all follow-up on files are completed and conditions met prior to closing. You will also be responsible for analyzing land titles purchase contracts appraisal reports verifying accuracy of specifications on mortgage documents ensuring all conditions of mortgage approval are met routing risk-involved matters tounderwriter evaluation collaborating with internal external customers achieving departmental organizational goals and completing Quality Assurance audits assigned files.
