• Pack food orders professionally and ensure accurate cash transactions using the POS system.
• Carry trays and set tables with precision, creating an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Quickly address and resolve guest concerns, reporting to supervisors or managers when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant during service.
• Attend to details such as polishing silverware, restocking condiments, and keeping workstations wellequipped.
• Report guest feedback to the manager for continuous improvement.
• Handle and maintain operating equipment with care.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies for a safe working environment.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring tables are set to standards.
• Report any deviations from set standards and procedures to the manager.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all service and storage areas.
• Assist in minimizing waste and mishandling of supplies and equipment.
• Conduct light cleaning and maintenance of the outlet.
