As an EY-Parthenon Manager within our Transaction Strategy and Execution practice, you'll participate as a valued member of project teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges.

Together with your team, you will play a vital role by supporting and executing strategies for transactions and developing experience across a range of different type of engagements including pre-deal (e.g., due diligence, operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking, value creation) touching upon key functional areas, across a variety of industries.


Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Integration planning and execution (Integration Management Office)
  • Carveout or divestiture planning and execution (Carveout Management Office)
  • Operational due diligence, standalone costing, onetime cost development, operating model design
  • Synergy identification, validation and realization
  • Development of Transitional Services Agreements
  • Development of M&A and integration playbook
  • Support of key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value

What we look for

Qualifications:


  • Advanced graduate degree in business, e.g., MBA, or related programs such as Master's in Finance / Accounting with outstanding academic achievement from a top academic institution
  • 58 years of experience in professional services organization or related / career tracks; previous mgmt. consulting experience is a strong asset
  • Proven track record of managing projects, particularly in diligence / integration / divestiture / value creation space
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • Experience managing teams on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
  • Experience in coaching and developing people
  • Fluency in English and French is a plus, however, all Montréal based positions require applicants to be bilingual
