The types of projects we typically perform for clients include tax return preparation and planning, outsourced controller services, bookkeeping and payroll, and consulting for QuickBooks, and special projects.

Our tax return preparation services comprise a variety of clients, including individuals corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, estates, and trusts.

As a Customer Service Representatives, you'll be the first point of contact for our existing customers, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service.

A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns to our values and behaviours, with a customer-centric focus always maintained.

Inbound and outbound calling to our existing customers to manage and resolve their queries.
Complete all CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations utilising your problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Using knowledge gained from training, clarify, and understand the customers' requirements.
Have a proactive attitude and commitment to giving every customer a great experience.
Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR, quality policies.
