    I work on two types of recruitment:
    temporary and permanent positions in the Greater Montreal area.
    Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover finance, accounting, and payroll positions.
    Mission
    Manage all supplier invoices, reconcile purchase orders and delivery notes, review discrepancies with the appropriate department, and enter them into the accounting system
    Review purchase orders created in the production system and enter them into the accounting system
    Enter employee expense accounts into the accounting system
    Reconcile and enter credit card transactions into the accounting system
    Prepare accounts payable verifications according to the approved list.
    Ensure all documents (invoices, purchase orders, inventory receipts) are properly filed on the accounting server and maintain access to them
    Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to their accounts
    Assist the finance team with various accounting-related tasks.
    Reconcile prepaid expenses.
    Perform minor bank reconciliations.
    Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
    Your profile
    AEC/DEC accounting and at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project and issue management.
    Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Experience with Quickbook (an asset).
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (an asset).
    Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management.
    Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
    Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    High attention to detail
    Flexible and able to work as part of a team
    Willingness to learn
