As an Estimator / Advisor at Steele Collision Centres, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills and able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Collision experience is an asset
• Knowledge of estimating programs (Mitchell Icloud and/or Audatex)
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
• Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
• Attention to detail in all areas of work

Responsibilities:

• Ability to write collision repair estimates
• Provide excellent customer service through multiple streams of communication
• Work cohesively with insurance companies
• Work cohesively with the Collision team to ensure proper workflow
• General filing
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
