Position Summary

Key Accountabilities

Provides financial and operational analysis for strategic projects and operational optimization initiatives
Supports in the preparation of the annual business plan
Prepares PowerPoint presentations to communicate those initiatives and financial/operational performance reports to senior executives and Board in a visually engaging manner
Develops analyses and prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly materials in support of senior executives and investor meetings
Performs adhoc FP&A functions particularly around monthend and quarterlyend periods
Develops complex and comprehensive financial models for the gaming/hospitality industry
Designs and prepares executive reporting package for the senior management team and Board identifying changes to the business plan, and forecasts
Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational, treasury, and financial reporting personnel and departments
Participate in crossfunction meetings to provide support in the preparation of the corporate annual budget presentation to senior executives and Board of Directors
Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualification Requirements:

2 to 4 years of work experience in FP&A, accounting, financial advisory or equivalent experience with a multilocation enterprise
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent field
Enrollment or completion in CFA or CPA program
Experience with Looker, Power BI, or other enterprise tools is an asset
