We are looking for someone who:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • General computer skills as demonstrated by proficiency with office equipment and software, including G-Suite or comparable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration and/or customer service

Specific job duties are as follows:

  • Customer Service duties, including but not limited to:_
  • Answer phone calls, handling some calls and forwarding others as appropriate
  • Handle Customer Storefront sales
  • Schedule demos and winterizing
  • Provide general support to employees and customers
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • General office duties, including but not limited to:_
  • Record employee hours and prepare payroll information, submit to management and bookkeeper biweekly
  • Handle Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable documentation ensuring the bookkeeper has all documents in a timely manner
  • Receive and sort physical and electronic mail, distributing as appropriate to others, bank deposits, prepare mailings out
  • Keep all business and financial paperwork in an organized fashion accessible to management as needed, physical and electronic filing
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records for trailers, tiny homes, and parts & accessories, including ordering and receiving Parts as needed
  • Updating website inventory in an accurate and timely manner
  • Track competitive pricing data and alert management to changing trends
  • Assist management with trailer sale administration
  • Perform Store and Office Open/Closing Tasks
  • Work must be completed in an accurate and timely fashion with a high degree of attention to detail
