About AMJ Campbell Moving

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Verify Proof of Deliveries for various clients and bill based on client contracts.
  • Send invoices to customers within weekly deadlines.
  • Create payable invoices to pay all AMJ Campbell third parties for services provided.
  • Process driver pay based on driver contracts.
  • Create driver invoices and statements for AMJ Campbell Home Delivery division.
  • Address Home Delivery driver inquiries regarding statements if required.
  • Assist in billing and commission of other contracts when required.
  • Additional tasks as assigned including office administration.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time
  • Dedicated and highly selfmotivated with initiative and a 100% positive attitude at all times
  • Possesses integrity, exceptional teamwork skills and reliable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening skills
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
