    The Sessional Instructor position for Organizational Theory in Education EDL 819 is responsible for planning, preparing and delivering high-quality instruction to students. This role requires a strong foundation in education theory and practice.



    Qualifications


    • Education Requirements:

    • A Master's degree or PhD from an accredited institution preferably with specialization in Organizational Theory;
    • The ability to plan and prepare instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.

    Responsibilities & Skills Required:

    - Evaluation of Student Performance:   Develops strategies to assess student performance consistent with educational standards including quizzes tests assignments etc.. Evaluates results objectively identifies areas where intervention may be needed supports students working towards improvement while maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive matters related directly relevant appropriately addressing situations promptly efficiently fairly all whilst continuing evaluate further refining assessment methodologies accordingly ensuring comprehensiveness fairness accountability within assessments adequately communicates overall progress sometimes consulting formal documentation process internal records external sources concur decisions relate benefit/adverse effects e.g removal penalties waiver retention attendance participation outcomes effective interventions application teaching pedagogy especially quality enhancing appropriate methods transformations improve (necessary),
