What can I expect to do in this role?: As a Client Services Representative working within a team, you will:

  • provide clerical, cashier and counter services to ensure the efficient operation of a court office
- receive, process and issue court documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- respond to telephone and counter inquiries
- prepare deposits for revenue and trust accounts
- compose correspondence and maintain filing systems


How do I qualify?:


Technical Knowledge and Office Administration Skills:

  • You have demonstrated ability to perform administrative/clerical functions such as filing/records management, record keeping and mail handling.
  • You have knowledge of court practices and procedures to process and prepare court documents.
  • You possess keyboarding skills.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:


  • You have communication skills to exchange information and write correspondence and reports.
  • You have demonstrated customer service skills to deal tactfully and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Analytical and Organizational Skills:


  • You have analytical skills to review legal documents against laws, rules and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • You have mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and cash handling skills.
  • You have the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • You have demonstrated organizational skills.
  • You have proven ability to work independently or as part of a team in a highvolume environment with strict deadlines.
