Job description
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to enhance our Shopify store's user experience and functionality.The ideal candidate will have experience in Shopify UX design and development, with a focus on improving site speed and conversion rates.
Responsibilities include optimizing the checkout process, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and implementing design improvements. The project requires an intermediate level of proficiency and is expected to be completed in less than a month.The Snugwell is a DTC subscription/autoship website
for seniors 65+, their families, and caregivers.

Scope:
1 "Autoship & Save" loyalty program (65+ focus)
Super‑simple subscription experience for seniors (65+), family members, and caregivers,
with loyalty tiers based on completed recurring orders.
The current draft structure is:
Order 1: 20% discount
Orders 2–3 (Bronze): 7% total discount (5% base + 2% extra)
Orders 4–6 (Silver): 8% total discount (5% base + 3% extra) + 2% cash‑back rewards
Orders 7–9 (Gold): 10% total discount (5% base + 5% extra) + 4% cash‑back rewards
Orders 10+ (VIP): 15% total discount (5% base + 10% extra) + 6% cash‑back rewards
Note:
the streak resets to zero if the subscription is cancelled.
2 Launch MVP product catalog.
Products:
Pull‑Up Underwear, Diapers with Tabs, Underpads, Wipes,
Incontinence Pads, and Vinyl Gloves.
3 Technical and service scope

Shopify (clean‑slate build)
Payments:
Shopify Payments
Offer curated, pre-selected bundles for easy ordering.

Brand Strategy, Shopify UX, Shopify Development, Product Photo Studio, Healthcare DTC Copy, DTC Paid Media, and Email/CRM, either as a comprehensive package or as individual services
