    Job Title: Senior Labour Relations Consultant


    Description:


    This is a challenging role for an experienced professional who can provide expert advice on labour relations and collective bargaining. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering collective agreements, negotiating with union representatives, and providing training to management staff.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations, with experience in complex collective bargaining and grievance management. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:



    • Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Relations;
