    Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our client Hyundai Capital Canada in Toronto, ON. This is a full time permanent opportunity for the right candidate who has excellent communication, high sense of urgency and professionalism.

    The Administrative Coordinator's primary focus is to enhance the Dealer experience by resolving complex cross-functional Dealer issues escalated through the Field Sales team, processing custom program requests and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, processes, programs based on regular review of escalated issues.

    Location: Toronto, ON * Hybrid work model *

    Salary: 50-55 k + perks and benefits

    Bilingual : Applicant must be fluent in English/French

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receive, investigate, resolve (working cross-departmentally) and respond to cross-functional Dealer issues/problems escalated by the Field Sales team via Phone, Email or Salesforce Case
    • Process custom programs by creating them in Dealer track and ensuring they ate accurate
    • Provide basic Dealer support or dealer facing digital tools
    • Report on recurring dealer issue/escalations to Department leaders and provide recommendations to improve processes, policies, procedures and programs with the goal of enhancing the Dealer experience
    • Other sales related administrative activities as assigned by the Director Head of Field Sales East/ Atlantic
    • Stay current on all Sales programs, offers and bulletin, also provides basic Dealer support pertaining to the client dealer-facing digital tools.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Bilingual English/French - Read, Write, Speak
    • 2-3 years professional Administrative experience in a corporate setting
    • Applicants with an Admin/Sales background in a relevant field will be given preference.
    • Problem solver with polished communication
    • Team player that is diligent and reliable
    • Cross-departmental knowledge of captive auto finance company operations, policies & procedures
    • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships
    • Vehicle leasing/financing knowledge

    Education and Experience

    • College/University Degree is an asset
    • applicants with experience captive auto finance operations, or dealership operations will be given preference.
    • Service-related experience
    • Experience with automotive lease and retail product offerings
