ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This role reports to Director, Research, Innovation, Scholarship and Entrepreneurship Services (RISES), and works closely with the confidential assistant at the Office of the Associate Vice President, Research, Innovation and Graduate Studies.

SUMMARY
The student assistants will assist in providing support for KPU researchers when hiring research assistants for their research projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the confidential assistant in creating job postings for research projects
Assisting KPU researchers in the basic operation of job posting for research projects
Assist researchers with the initial screening process
Assist in organizing, archiving, and storing files and resources
Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be enrolled in the Bachelor of

Business Administration:
Human ResourcesManagement program at KPU

Ability to follow directions with mínimal supervision
Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail
