Are you a seasoned geologist with a passion for exploration and a knack for leadership? A multinational gold mining company is seeking a dynamic individual to join the ranks as an Exploration Manager – Regional Projects in Eastern Canada.
As the Exploration Manager – Regional Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising all exploration activities across their regional projects.
Reporting to the Eastern Canada Exploration Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the exploration strategy and driving forward key objectives.
What You'll Do:
#128269; Develop and direct the regional exploration strategy for Eastern Canada.
#128101; Manage geological and technical specialists on regional exploration programs.
#127807; Advocate for environmental, health, and safety policies.
#128188; Monitor competitor activities and recommend new exploration opportunities.
#129309; Initiate discussions for potential joint-venture agreements.
#128202; Analyze historical exploration data and compile relevant insights.
#128176; Prepare project plans and budgets.

Provide oversight on drilling operations and manage drillcore programs.

What You Need:
#127775; 10+ years of gold exploration experience with a focus on fieldwork.
