Position:
Salesperson / Estimator


Compensation:
Full Commission/Commission + Base Salary + Benefits + Bonuses

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct onsite evaluations and sales appointments to assess project requirements.
  • Sell roofs, siding, eaves and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and B2B
  • Read and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications for estimating purposes
  • Create roof sketches and reports, including material order details
  • Collaborate with Project Managers for efficient project planning
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to delivery accurate estimates
  • Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals to various builders, customers, and contractors
  • Diagnose roofing issues to propose corrective measures and quotes
  • Source and generate new leads

Employment Requirements:


  • Ability to read blueprints an asset
  • Knowledge of roofing and exterior trades an asset but not required.
  • Computer knowledge including Apple products, Gmail, Google Maps, Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
